That is how Sucheta Rawal described our seekh kebab in her October 2026 Khabar Magazine feature on Khan’s Kitchen. Seekh kebab is minced meat mixed with fresh herbs and spices, pressed onto long skewers and grilled. We make ours with chicken, beef or lamb.

Everything from the tandoor
- Seekh kebabs. Chicken, beef or lamb, minced with fresh herbs and grilled on skewers.
- Chicken Tikka. Boneless chicken marinated in yogurt and spice, charred in the tandoor.
- Malai Kebab. Chicken marinated in cream and cheese, mild and smoky. A good choice for children and anyone avoiding heat.
- Hariyali Chicken. Chicken in a fresh mint and coriander marinade.

The Kebab Platter
For the table, the Kebab Platter brings together every tandoor item except the fish and lamb chops, with naan. It is one of Khan’s Specials, our sharing platters for three to four people.
